What is a NON-PROFIT Private Investigation Service?
Shadow Rose started as a result of our church ministry working with so many people on investigative topics such as pedophilia,
missing children and miscarriages of justice. Most of the people who came to us didn't have the means to hire regular agencies
with higher rates.
We investigated their cases and brought closure to about 95% of our clients. The word got around and we found ourselves
in the business of investigations as well as consultations for people in need. So, we decided to formally open a private investigation
service geared towards those who NEED justice but can't always pay the going rate for it.
DO YOU CHARGE A FEE?
Yes.
Our retainers are $35 for a simple process serve, consultation or background check, plus itemized expenses, such as the
costs of copying documents or traveling outside the immediate Bonneville County area.
Full
investigations of "cold cases", divorce consultations, helping to trace missing children, interviewing witnesses, or other
investigations start at $50 a day with reimbursement of all itemized expenses.
The standard retainer
for short investigative cases is $500.00. The full retainer for an on going case is $3,500. That's for cases that require
six months to a year's support from the investigation through the court proceedings.

HOWEVER-
WE DON'T EVER TURN DOWN A CASE IF
THE CLIENT CAN'T PAY US A FEE.
We are happy to do "trades"; in services or goods
for working a client's case.

DO YOU DO BOUNTY HUNTING?
Only in states where it is legal for us to pursue fugitives. Outside of that, we are happy to drop a dime to law enforcement
on anyone we can't directly apprehend; especially pedophiles and drug dealers.
DO YOU BODY GUARD?
We offer protective services... Our agents are trained in hand to hand combat, non lethal apprehension and restraint and
basic weapons. However, most of us are clergy as well as investigators. So we try to neutralize a situation with negotiation
and communication before things get out of hand.
